About Hatch Life CIC

Helping People Grow, Connect and Thrive

Hatch Life CIC provides inclusive wellbeing support, mentoring, training, and community activities both online and in person. We create opportunities for people to build confidence, develop skills, improve wellbeing, and feel a sense of belonging.

Through support, learning, volunteering, and community partners, we help individuals and communities reach their full potential.

🌱 Together, we're building stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.

Welcome to Our World

At Hatch Life CIC, we believe everyone has strengths, skills, experiences, and aspirations that can contribute to a thriving community. Using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, our pathways support people to discover their potential, build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and play an active role in community life.

Our programmes provide flexible opportunities through online and face-to-face support, mentoring, peer support, adult learning, bite-size workshops, volunteering, and community leadership development.

We focus on what people can bring, not what they lack, helping individuals build skills, contribute their gifts, support others, and create positive change. By nurturing local talents and connecting community assets, we help people move from participation to leadership, creating stronger, more connected, and resilient communities.

Together, we're supporting individuals, building community capacity, and creating opportunities for people to thrive.

Personal Progression Program

The Personal Progression Programme (PPP) supports individuals to identify their strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve personal goals. Through mentoring, wellbeing support, learning opportunities, and community engagement, PPP empowers people to make positive progress, increase independence, and participate more fully in their communities and everyday lives.

Own It, workshops

OWN IT empowers neurodivergent adults and SEND young people (up to age 24) to recognise their strengths, build confidence, develop skills, and play an active role in their communities, creating positive outcomes for both individuals and the wider community.

Health Hustle Drop in's

Health Hustle is a volunteer-led community drop-in that brings people together to improve wellbeing, build connections, and support one another in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Through conversation, peer support, activities, and community networking, Health Hustle helps people recognise their strengths, develop confidence, and access opportunities that enhance health, wellbeing, and community participation.

At Hatch Life CIC, we believe every community already has strengths, talents, skills, and resources that can create positive change. Through an Asset-Based Community Development approach, we work alongside local people, organisations, and communities to identify these strengths and build opportunities together.

Your donation helps us create inclusive spaces, strengthen community connections, develop local leadership, support volunteering, and deliver activities that bring people together to improve wellbeing, resilience, and belonging.

Rather than focusing on problems, we focus on potential. Every contribution helps us invest in people, nurture community-led solutions, and build a stronger, more connected future for everyone.

Together, we can unlock the assets within our communities and create lasting positive change.
